Which legal entity operates the service
Snap Manerix +X serves as a commercial designation for the legal entity responsible for managing and providing this website and its associated customer platform.
The entity responsible for operations is the party with whom you establish a contractual relationship upon accepting our Terms of Use and establishing an account. Its complete official registration name, legal structure, registration information and the parent organization to which it belongs are contained in the client agreement provided during account setup and are made available upon request via the channels outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section that follows.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
This section outlines the categories of rules and regulations applicable to the service, rather than identifying specific regulatory bodies or citing statutory references, which are contained in the official documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Prior to allowing deposits, trading positions or redemptions, all accounts undergo verification procedures consistent with the Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering measures detailed on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Charges, bid-ask spreads and any associated costs are displayed within your account and on our fee schedule page. We make no assurances regarding specific investment outcomes, and all marketing communications include appropriate risk disclosures.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A documented formal grievance resolution process encompassing receipt confirmation, inquiry and a full written response delivered within the duration specified upon receipt of your grievance.
Should a territorial jurisdiction establish more stringent standards than those outlined herein, residents of that territory shall be subject to such more stringent standards.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Account registration is available to individuals residing in territories designated as qualifying jurisdictions within your account's registration process. Should your territory be included in this roster and your identity verification is successful, account opening may proceed. Should it not be included, access to the service is restricted.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
- Jurisdictions deemed high-risk for money laundering or terrorist financing pursuant to established international standards.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Regulatory and compliance questions
